Allison Baver began public speaking during the 2002 Olympics as a sponsored athlete, which evolved into performing as a Keynote and Professional Speaker throughout the world. At the age of 22 years old she was selected as an Olympian to act a one hour speech for a collegiate speaking tour where she underwent her first intensive keynote speaking training. She has since performed among premier talent and worked with the best vocal leadership coaches and skilled speech writers. Now, she creates, writes and uniquely tailors her own speeches, which have inspired intimate groups and large crowds of over 20,000 people in the USA, China, Korea and beyond.
Allison was the first female Olympic athlete to sign with Wilhelmina Models NYC and appeared in a global Pantene and Cover Girl Campaign in 2010. Baver competed in three Olympics in Short Track Speed Skating and had an epic comeback after a tragic collision to a win a medal one year later at the 2010 Olympic Games. She competed in the 2002, 2006 ad 2010 Winter Olympics and broke multiple American Records and one World Record, winning the National Championships and numerous World medals. Her 1500m is still the American Record today. During her athletic career, she became a motivational speaker and represented major brands as a spokeswoman throughout the world. Over the course of Baver’s Olympic and professional career, her speaking career developed to empowering audiences through a variety of motivational, leadership and advocacy tools and messages via seminars, events, retreat, podcasts, annual and global conferences.
Allison has appeared as an Olympian, Sports Personality, Celebrity, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Business Leader, Inspiring Women, Policymaker, Political Speaker, Thought-Leader and Women’s Business Leader.
